Understanding the Cleaner recognition dispatcher agent

The Cleaner recognition dispatcher agent automatically identifies positive guest feedback about cleanliness and recognizes the cleaners responsible. This agent helps you acknowledge your team's great work by highlighting specific praise from guest reviews.

Understand the Cleaner recognition dispatcher agent

The agent runs automatically every day at 08:00. It can also be triggered manually.

Each run processes only guest reviews added since the previous run. Only positive feedback that praises cleanliness qualifies. Negative reviews and positive feedback on other topics don't trigger cleaner recognition.

During each run, the agent completes the following actions:

  1. Scans guest reviews for positive feedback that praises the property's cleanliness.
  2. For each qualifying review, it uses the related reservation to find the linked cleaning tasks and their assigned cleaners.
  3. It identifies every cleaner assigned to the linked cleaning task.
  4. It recognizes each assigned cleaner. The recognition comment includes the excerpt from the review that praises cleanliness.
  5. If multiple cleaners are assigned to the same task, the agent ensures each cleaner is recognized only once per review to prevent duplicates.

Follow the steps below to review your activity feed.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, select icon Agents hub.
  3. In the left submenu, click Agent activity.
  4. Click the relevant row with the agent's name to review the report details in the right-side panel.

Understand the report status and details

When you select a run in the activity feed, you can review its status and details. Each run will have one of the following statuses:

  • "Done": The run completed and the agent handled every qualifying review. Each cleaner was recognized or had already been recognized, or the agent found no cleaner assigned to the task.
  • "Action needed": The run completed, but at least one recognition failed or was only partly delivered. For example, a notification couldn't be sent, or the agent couldn't retrieve a cleaning task.
  • "Failed": The run couldn't complete, for example, because the agent couldn't retrieve guest reviews. No recognitions were sent.

Note:

Reviews with no assigned cleaner appear in the report details but don't trigger "Action needed" status on their own.

The report details include the following information:

  • A list of qualifying reviews for which the agent couldn't find an assigned cleaner. The report distinguishes between a task lookup failure, where the agent couldn't retrieve the cleaning task, and a genuine no-cleaner result, where the task was found, but no cleaner is assigned to it.
  • A list of any failures that occurred when delivering the recognition notification to a cleaner.
