A guest's phone number for an Expedia reservation becomes available in Guesty 14 days before check-in. Until that 14-day window opens, the phone number remains hidden.
Phone numbers are not shown in Expedia Partner Central. For day-to-day guest communication, continue using Guesty messaging as your primary channel. Once the phone number is visible, you can also use it for sending and receiving SMS messages via Guesty.
