This issue also affects payment methods and payment automations, and prevents reservation reports from displaying updated financial data such as accommodation fares, taxes, and fees. Additionally, automated messaging variables, such as {{owner_revenue}}, display a $0 balance.
System data remains secure, and all updates process automatically once the backlog clears. Until we resolve this issue, we recommend allowing time for the updates to automatically reconcile.
