Understanding the Revenue Center in the Agent hub workspace

The Revenue Center is an AI-powered workspace in the Agent Hub designed to help you optimize your revenue. You can use its tools to analyze pricing strategies, identify occupancy opportunities, compare your performance against market benchmarks, and get actionable recommendations to increase your booking revenue.

If your account doesn't have a revenue management subscription, you may see limited functionality in the Revenue Center.

Understanding the Revenue Center

The Revenue Center is an interactive workspace, not an automated agent. This means you access it on-demand to analyze your data, and since it doesn't run on a schedule or create tasks on its own, it does not appear in the Activity feed.

Inside the workspace, you'll find a rich analytics interface with:

  • Revenue performance charts
  • Occupancy metrics
  • Actionable pricing recommendations

Access the Revenue Center

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click the Integrations icon Agents hub.
  3. In the left submenu, under "Workspace activity", click Revenue Center.

Applying recommendations from the Revenue Center

The Revenue Center is a decision-support tool that provides insights, but it does not automatically apply changes to your properties. You need to manually implement any pricing changes or other adjustments it recommends.

You can apply these recommendations using Guesty's native pricing tools, such as the Guesty PriceOptimizer, or through a connected third-party revenue management tool like PriceLabs or Beyond.
