The AI agent hub centralizes Guesty's AI-powered automation tools. This article explains how to navigate the hub, discover new AI agents, monitor agent activity, and understand different automation trigger types to help streamline property management workflows.

Understanding the AI agent hub

The AI agent hub acts as the control plane where you can discover, activate, manage, and monitor autonomous AI agents. These agents handle repetitive operational tasks across operations, communications, finance, and other categories to maximize efficiency.

Access the AI agent hub

Follow the steps below to access the AI agent hub.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click agent hub icon Agents hub.

Navigating the AI agent hub

The AI agent hub contains three primary sections to help manage automations effectively, accessible via the AI agent hub submenu:

Discover agents

Browse a catalog of available AI agents organized by business category. Each agent card displays the category, active or inactive status, last run time, and a short description.  Filter the feed by category to find specific information.

Click any card to open a detail sheet containing the following sections:

  • Overview: Explains what the agent does.
  • What it does: Provides an explanation of the agent's actions.
  • When it runs: Details the schedule or specific trigger. When an on-demand agent is active, click Run now to trigger it immediately.
  • Click Activate agent enable the agent, or Deactivate agent to disable the agent.

Agent activity

View a live feed of every past agent run. Filter the feed by category and status to find specific information.

Review the four agent run statuses to monitor performance:The following statuses to monitor performance:

  • Done: The agent completed the task successfully and requires no further action.
  • Action needed: The agent needs attention, with severity indicated as “high”, “medium”, or “low”.
  • Failed: The run encountered an error. Click Re-run to try again.
  • Expired: The approval window passed before receiving a response.

Click any activity to view a result summary, full output, and available actions.

Revenue center

The Revenue Center provides a dedicated workspace for revenue-related AI workflows, displaying optimization opportunities categorized by type:

  • Content optimizations: Cards like "Title enhancement" or "Image optimization" highlight content improvements to help listings stand out.
  • Channel connections: Distribution cards for channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo show opportunities to connect listings and reach more guests.

Each card displays the total number of available opportunities and a priority level, such as Low or Medium. When a category requires no changes, the card displays a "You're good here" status.

Accounting Assistance

The Accounting assistance workspace allows you to track financial agent activity and review historical execution summaries for accounting agents like "Advanced deposit clearance". Use this section to check execution dates, timestamps, and run outcomes. Use the dropdown menu to filter records if needed.

Click the relevant log entry to review details. A right side panel displays the final status, error information, or agent outcomes.

Understanding trigger types

AI agents operate based on three distinct trigger methods, determining how and when they complete tasks.

Trigger Description
Scheduled Scheduled agents run automatically on a fixed timeline, such as daily at 8:00 AM, every four hours, weekly on Mondays, or monthly on the 15th. These require no manual oversight.
On-demand Trigger these agents manually directly from the AI agent hub. Certain agents support both scheduled and on-demand functionality.

Requesting new agents

Submit ideas for new AI automations directly to the Guesty product team. Click Request an agent in the top-right corner of the AI agent hub to share feature suggestions.

For more information regarding data guidelines and compliance, review the Guesty AI Use Policy<>.
