This issue was resolved on 2026-06-21.

We resolved the AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure error. While the core connection functions normally, our systems are processing a backlog of delayed information.

Reservations, auto tasks, and auto payments function stably and remain completely recovered. We successfully recovered and sent critical automated messages for upcoming check-ins. Voided messages affect only post-stay and in-stay communications, so active guests experience no impact. Upcoming guest check-ins stay fully covered, requiring no further action from you.

Our systems continue to recover Airbnb and other channel payments. We monitor the queue closely to ensure all data flows smoothly.
