When you sync your Guesty reservation data with HubSpot, you can track and segment your data based on the contact type. This allows you to set up a HubSpot workflow to automatically identify which deals are for property owner reservations.
Before you begin
Ensure you have enabled the sync for the relevant reservation statuses in your Guesty HubSpot integration settings.
Create a HubSpot workflow
To easily see which deals are for owner reservations, we recommend setting up a HubSpot automation.
When setting up your workflow, use the following configuration:

Trigger: The workflow should trigger when a HubSpot Contact property is equal to
owner. - Action: The workflow's action should update the associated HubSpot Deal record. For example, you can update a custom Deal property called "Reservation Type" to "Owner Reservation", or move it to a specific pipeline stage.
