Troubleshooting marketplace integration issues

Integrations available in the Guesty Marketplace are built and managed by our third-party partners. They connect to your Guesty account using a Guesty API key for Marketplace partners.

Because partners are responsible for their integration's performance and maintenance, their support team is the best starting point for issues like data syncing problems or connection errors. This article explains how to find a partner's contact information to get support.

To get support for a marketplace integration

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Integrations.
  3. Select Marketplace.
  4. Find and click the relevant integration partner to open their page. The partner's support contact information is listed here.
  5. Contact the partner's support team directly and provide them with the following details:
    • A full description of the issue, including what you expected to happen versus the actual outcome
    • The relevant reservation and listing IDs
    • Screenshots that show the problem
    • Any other details that could help them investigate

What happens next

The partner's team will investigate the issue. They can typically identify and fix problems related to their software or your account's setup with their tool.

If the partner determines that the issue requires assistance from Guesty, they will escalate the problem directly to our API team on your behalf.
