If you are using a channel manager for your Inntopia integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead.
Complete the following requirements before you switch:
- Make sure your listings in Inntopia have the same capacity as Guesty’s.
- Contact your account manager at Inntopia and ask for enabling YieldPlanet channel manager as your data provider to Inntopia.
Note:
Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty will not sync and need to be managed manually.
