Pilot: Moving from Traveloka integration via a channel manager to direct integration via Guesty

If you are using a channel manager for your Traveloka integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. 

Complete the following requirements before you switch:

  • Make sure your listings in Traveloka have the same capacity as Guesty’s.
  • Contact your account manager at Traveloka and ask for enabling YieldPlanet channel manager as your data provider to Traveloka. 

Note:

Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty will not sync and need to be managed manually.
