SafeGuest

SafeGuest protects every booking with automated guest screening. Their service verifies IDs, collects security deposits or waivers, requires guests to sign terms, and assigns risk scores. All of this happens seamlessly through a direct integration with Guesty, so you can manage guest safety without extra effort.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation menu, click Integrations to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select Marketplace.
4. Click the SafeGuest's tile.
5. In the top-right, click Connect.
6. In the pop-up, click to copy the API key.

Connect SafeGuest with Guesty

Step by step:

1. Sign up to SafeGuest:

   1. Complete the information required in the sign up form, and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

   2. Click signup.

   3. Select Guesty and paste the API key copied from Guesty.

   4. Click Confirm.

2. Your SafeGuest account is created. 

3. On the bottom left, click the settings menu to customize your rental terms and security deposit requirements, as well as information required for the guest before arrival.

4. Your Guesty listings will be imported and are in the "Properties" menu.

5. Your future reservations will be imported and are in the "Booking" menu. Access your future reservations to find the details of the verification process and security deposit.

6. SafeGuest will create 3 custom fields in your reservations and start feeding them with information: reservation_verification_link, is_risk_level_safe, risk_level.
