In Wander Cancellation windows The time frame for receiving a full refund depends on the length of the stay and the specific property type. All cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day.
If the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation window has closed, Wander initiates the Fair-Refund Policy to help you recover costs. Once a cancellation is confirmed outside the standard window, Wander relists the dates on the platform. You receive a refund for any nights that are successfully rebooked by another guest. The refund amount for those nights is calculated based on the lower of the original rate or the new rebooking rate. Nights that don't rebook remains non-refundable.
