If a Guest App link is stuck on a loading screen or won't launch, it's usually because the system is busy processing a high volume of reservations. The Guest App needs a little time to generate the right data, so it isn't always ready the exact moment you send the link.
Ask the guest to wait 20 minutes and try the link again.
