Maintain trust and transparency with your property owners by sharing cleaning or inspection photos directly in the Owners Portal. This can also be seen in the Owners by Guesty app.

This feature is not available if you rely on third-party software, such as Breezeway.
Add and display photos
Assignees, such as cleaners or inspectors, can add photos to tasks associated with a property. You can also edit a task to add photos yourself under the "Documents & Instructions" section. Only JPEG, JPG, and PNG files sync to the Owners Portal.
To share these photos with an owner, configure the Owners Portal settings in the "Extras" section. After you configure these settings, the "Cleaning and inspections" section appears in the left-side menu on the property page.
Owners by Guesty app notifications
Owners can enable push notifications in the app to receive alerts for completed tasks.
