QuickBooks is an accounting software designed for small and medium-sized businesses to manage finances and automate bookkeeping. Connect Guesty Accounting and QuickBooks using Guesty Connect to streamline your financial tasks. This integration syncs data seamlessly, helping you maintain accurate financial records with less manual effort.
Before you begin
You must subscribe to the Guesty Connect add-on before you can connect the integration:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Integrations to open the dropdown menu. - Select Guesty add-ons.
- Click Guesty Connect.
- Click subscribe.
Connect QuickBooks to Guesty
Step by step
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Integrations to open the dropdown menu. - Select Marketplace.
In the search bar on the left, enter "QuickBooks", then click QuickBooks.
In the top-right corner, click Connect.
In the pop-up, choose the QuickBooks account you want to connect.

How it works
The integration syncs data between Guesty Accounting and QuickBooks for the following flow:
Expense management
When you create a new expense in QuickBooks, Guesty automatically imports it as a manual expense.
To sync successfully, check that the vendor name and category in QuickBooks match the vendor name and category in Guesty exactly.
Guesty records all synced purchases as charges to the PMC.
