By connecting Guesty and Slack through Guesty Connect, you keep your team informed instantly. This integration centralizes communication by routing critical Guesty events into dedicated Slack channels, ensuring you never miss a reservation, task assignment, or change in guest activity.

Before you begin
You must subscribe to the Guesty Connect add-on before you can connect the integration:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top-right corner, click
. - In the dropdown menu, select Guesty add-ons.
- Click "Guesty Connect"
- Click subscribe.
Connect Guesty to Slack
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top-right corner, click .
- In the dropdown menu, select Marketplace.
- In the search bar on the left, enter "Slack", then click the Slack thumbnail.
- In the top-right corner, click Connect.
In the pop-up, select the workspace you want to connect.
Click Allow.
Supported features
Use the integration to automate notifications for the following:
Reservations: Send a Slack message to a selected channel when a new reservation is created in Guesty.
Tasks: Send a Slack message when a new task is created or an updated task is modified in Guesty.
In the "Configuration" tab, toggle on the relevant features to choose which notifications you receive in Slack.
