Your Advertiser ID is a unique identifier assigned to each Vrbo account connected to Guesty with at least one published listing. Vrbo may request you to provide your Advertiser ID, also referred to as a Vrbo User ID or PMSC ID (Property Management Software Company ID), during verification so it's essential to know how to locate it.
Follow the instructions below to locate your Advertiser ID.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu. - Under Channel management, select Distribution.
- Click the Vrbo thumbnail.
- Locate the relevant account and ensure at least one listing is successfully published. Published listings are indicated in green under "Connected".

Your Advertiser ID for the account is located under Advertiser ID.
Copy the ID to share with Vrbo during the verification process.
If no listings are published yet, you will not have an Advertiser ID for the account. To trigger the creation of your Advertiser ID, publish a listing. If the ID is still missing after 24 hours, contact us for assistance.
