Provide guests with the details they need for a smooth stay by sharing property information through the Guest App. This can reduce manual inquiries and ensure guests have access to check-in instructions, Wi-Fi passwords, and house rules exactly when they need them.
The "Additional information" section acts as a central hub for property details stored in your Guesty account. Information syncs automatically and includes:
- Door codes and access instructions
- Wi-Fi network and password
- Check-in and check-out details
- Property rules, amenities, and other critical notes
Share property information in the Guest App
Follow the steps below to share important property information with guests in the Guest App.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
- Select Guest app from the dropdown.
- Click
next to the relevant Guest App and select Edit Guest App.
- Under "App modules", toggle on Additional Information, and click
.
- Under "Visibility settings", configure when guests would have access to this information.
- Under "Manage what will appear in the Guest App", click the relevant section, and toggle on each field you want visible to guests.
- At the top-right, click Done.
- Click Save Guest App.
- In the pop-up, enter your Guest App name.
- Check the terms and conditions box.
- Click Save Guest App.
The information syncs with your property page daily. Updates you make to the property page appear in the Guest App on the same schedule.
Empty fields hide automatically for each property to maintain a clean interface.
