Klaviyo is a B2C CRM designed to help hospitality providers create personalized guest experiences. It combines marketing automation, customer insights, and real-time data to help you increase direct bookings, foster guest loyalty, and enhance the guest journey at scale.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
.
- From the dropdown, select Guesty Marketplace.
- Search for "Valnes", then click Connect.
- At the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the API key.
- Click OK.
Connecting Klaviyo to Guesty
Step by step:
- Log in to Klaviyo.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- Click Add integrations.
- Search for Guesty and select the card.
- Click Install.
- Paste the Guesty API Key you copied in the box.
- Click Connect.
- Review the permissions in Klaviyo and click Allow.
- On the next page, check the box Sync your Guesty email subscribers to Klaviyo if you’d like to do so.
- If you selected the setting above, select a list from the dropdown to add Guesty email subscribers to. Make sure that this list is set to single opt-in to avoid triggering opt-in emails to customers syncing from Guesty.
- When you’re done, click Complete setup.
- You’ll receive a success message confirming that your Guesty integration is now connected.
