Some Agoda users are unable to view their listing rates and availability after signing in to their Agoda account. In some cases, the listing availability may appear grayed out.
Even if your listing's availability appears grayed out, this does not mean that the listing is unbookable. The listing is still displayed on Agoda's front end.
Agoda is aware of this issue and is working to ensure that channel manager data is correctly displayed in the extranet.
