Hello Guest Screen (HGS) is a software platform for setting up personalized screens on properties' TVs for guests. HGS provides guests a personalized, digital welcome. Use HGS to offer local recommendations, Wi-Fi details, and house rules in an engaging format.

Connect HGS with Guesty

At Guesty:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click  the integration center icon
  3. In the dropdown menu, choose Marketplace
  4. Go to the HGS tile
  5. Click "Connect" and copy the API token

At HGS:

  1. Log in to Hello Guest Screen or Sign up if you do not have an account yet.
  2. Navigate to the "My Property(ies)" menu.
  3. Click on "Import New Properties".
  4. Select "Connect Guesty".
  5. In the pop-up , paste your API token you copied and click the "Connect" button to authorize the connection.
  6. An integration success message appears on HGS, along with a Guesty guide pop-up. Click the "Proceed" button to view the list of properties available for import.
    Two options appear for each property:
    • "Import": This adds the selected listing from Guesty as a new property in HGS.
    • "Map Property": This links an existing HGS property with a corresponding property from Guesty.
  7. All future reservations for the imported or mapped listings will also import. You can find them in the "Schedule" and "Calendar" menus.
  8. Complete the screens setup and take HGS live in your properties.

Note:

  • Removing a property from Guesty will not automatically delete it from HGS. However, new reservations will no longer sync for that property.
  • If you want to remove a property from HGS, you must delete it from the HGS panel. Once deleted, any personalized settings and data for that property will be lost.
