Pilot: Using automated local events in Guesty PriceOptimizer

Guesty PriceOptimizer delivers automated, AI-driven suggestions for local events that impact the pricing of your listings.

Data-driven local event suggestions are automatically added for all PriceOptimzer listings, replacing the need to manually create each event. For maximum flexibility, you still have the option to create events manually, and to manually edit suggested local events.

Note:

Any local events you already added manually are still there.

If a suggested local event is on the same dates as one you created manually, the suggested event will override the manual one.

Suggested local events data is updated once a week on Mondays.
