Dharma is an all-in-one operations management system that includes housekeeping and task management as well as guest communication tools. Dharma enables you to generate tasks from guest conversations and track them. Dharma also includes an AI chatbot and an internal knowledge base for your team.

Follow the steps to connect Dharma to your Guesty account.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the integration center icon and select Marketplace.
  1. Search for "Dharma", then click Connect.
  2. In the pop-up, copy the API key.
  3. Click Done.

Connect Dharma to Guesty

Step by step:

  1. In your Dharma account, click Preferences.
  2. Click PMS configuration and select Guesty.
  3. Paste the API key copied earlier and click Done.
  4. Activate Webhooks and Service, then click Save. Properties and reservations will now be automatically imported from Guesty.
  5. In the menu, select Unit management.
  6. Click Sync PMS units to sync your properties from Guesty.
  7. In the menu, select Reservations.
  8. Click Sync reservations.

Dharma syncs new reservations and updates every 24 hours. You can click the sync options at any time to instantly refresh your properties and reservation data from Guesty.

Your Guesty Inbox also syncs with Dharma to consolidate guest communication. However, when a task is generated in Dharma based on a conversation with the guest, the tasks don't sync to Guesty.
