Moving from Hotelbeds integration via a channel manager to direct integration via Guesty

If you are using a channel manager for your Hotelbeds integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.

  • Make sure your listings in Hotelbeds have the same capacity as Guesty’s.
  • Contact your account manager at Hotelbeds and ask for enabling YieldPlanet channel manager as your data provider to Hotelbeds.

Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty will not sync and
