Guesty PriceOptimizer suggested promotions provides data-driven promotional recommendations, leveraging an algorithm to suggest the most relevant promotions based on user data, behavior, market conditions, and performance. Each listing has its own tailored suggestions.
By offering real-time suggestions, you can optimize pricing strategies and improve your market positioning.
Before you begin
Suggestions are for Length of Stay promotions only. Other types of promotions will be added in the future.
Three Length of Stay promotions are available: 7-day, 10-day, and 28-day. Sometimes a 14-day stay promotion will also be suggested.
Suggested promotions are supported for reservations made via the following channels:
- Booking.com: 7-day only
- Expedia: 7-day only
- Airbnb
- Direct bookings
Each promotion is tailored for the listing and the connected booking channels. You're not able to add more listings, change the channel settings, or rename the PriceOptimizer promotions.
Promotions exclude high-season periods, ensuring that recommendations are optimized to maintain maximum profitability for the listing.
If you have any simultaneous manual Length of Stay promotions, we recommend deactivating these to avoid conflicts with multiple promotions.

Activate suggested promotions
By default, suggested promotions are inactive. You have the option to activate all promotions, or select specific ones only.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth.
- Click PriceOptimizer.
- Find the listing(s) for which you want to adjust the pricing. You can search for a specific listing by name or nickname or use the filters to find all listings that match your specific criteria.
- Select the relevant listing.
- In the left-side menu, scroll down and click suggested promotions.
- Review the suggested promotion details, and the synced channels.
- If you have any simultaneous manual Length of Stay promotions, a warning will be displayed. Click the link to access the filtered promotions and deactivate these before continuing to the next step to avoid conflicts with multiple promotions.
- Click Activate all promotions, or toggle on a specific promotion.
- When activating more than one promotion, review and understand how multiple promotions are applied.
- At the top-right, click Apply change.
- In the pop-up, click Apply changes.
Dactivate suggested promotions
To deactivate, simply toggle off the specific promotion.
View all promotions
Once you've activated a promotion in Guesty PriceOptimizer, it also appears in the Revenue Management "Promotions" tab along with any manual promotions you've created.
Suggested promotions can only be managed through PriceOptimizer, but this gives you full visibility of all your promotions in one place.
Note:
For Booking.com, these are called basic promotions, not called length of stay.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Revenue management and select Promotions.
PriceOptimizer promotions are distinguished from other promotions by "GPO" next to the name, as shown below.
To view or deactivate the promotion, click at the far right to open in PriceOptimizer.
