Create a customized reservation report for owners so that you have full control over what information owners can see, while ensuring they have access to the information they need directly in the Owners Portal. For example, an owner may want to see their revenue or the property's net income, or perhaps you want your owner to be aware of certain expenses on their property, such as cleaning fees.
You can share a custom reservation report with all owners via the default portal settings, or individual owners via the owners portal settings. It is filtered for each owner to only display information relevant to their specific properties.
Before you begin

Any changes you make to the custom reservation report view in Guesty will be visible immediately on the Owners Portal.

Owners can't edit the filters or columns for an existing reservation report view, even if you do not share a custom reservation report with them.
Create a custom reservation report
Follow the instructions below to create a custom reservation report specifically for owners.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the downward arrow next to the name of the current report being presented to select the view you want.
- Add filters to the report:
- To add a filter, click next to "Filters", and select the desired filter. Apply the information required and click Save.
- To edit a filter, hover over the filter and click . Apply the information required and click Save.
- To remove a filter, hover over the filter and click X.
- Click Columns at the top right and toggle on or off items to add or remove them.
- Click Save as.
- Type a name for the custom report relevant for owners, and click Save.
Assign a reservation report
You can share a custom reservation report with all owners using the default portal settings, or with an individual owner via the owner portal settings.

- Click Owners.
- Click Portal settings.
- Under "Owner reservations report", toggle on Display reservation report.
- Next to "Select your saved custom view" click the dropdown arrow and select the reservation report you created for your owners from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
- Click the relevant action in the popup.
Assign a reservation report to an individual owner
Follow the instructions to make a customized reservation report visible for an individual owner.
Step by step:
- Click Owners.
- Select the relevant owner.
- In the menu on the left, click Portal settings.
- Under "Owner reservations report", toggle on Display reservation report.
- Next to "Select your saved custom view" click the dropdown arrow and select the reservation report you created for your owners from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
- Click the relevant action in the popup.
In the Owners Portal, owners can view the custom reservation report you created under "Reservation report". It displays only the columns and filters you selected, which owners cannot modify.
