What to expect

Before making any changes, Guesty Customer Experience will review your request to ensure we have all the data we need in the required format. You will be asked to complete a form to confirm the task and accept responsibility for the outcome.

Once we receive your confirmation, we'll make the requested changes and notify you when the task is complete. You are responsible for reviewing the results to ensure the correct outcome.

If the change caused any issues, simply reply to us with a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

 

Record refunds

Follow these steps to prepare the data.

Step by step:

  1. Download this spreadsheet template
  2. For each reservation, enter the following details into the spreadsheet:
    • Guesty reservation ID
    • Reservation confirmation code
    • Refund date
    • Refund method (select from the provided values)
    • Refund amount
  3. Save the spreadsheet as a CSV.
  4. Contact us with your request. Be as direct, specific, and detailed as possible to minimize any misunderstandings. Attach the CSV to the ticket.

 

Record payments

Follow these steps to prepare the data.

Step by step:

  1. Download this spreadsheet template.
  2. For each reservation, enter the following details into the spreadsheet:
    • Guesty reservation ID
    • Reservation confirmation code
    • Payment date
    • Payment method (select from the provided values)
    • Payment amount
  3. Save the spreadsheet as a CSV.
