The guest's private email address
If a reservation includes the guest's email address, you can communicate directly with the guest from within Guesty. Save the guest's email address in the “Guest details” section of the reservation, and you'll be able to send messages through Guesty's messaging system. Contact your Expedia Account Manager to request that reservations include guest email information.

The Expedia Communication Center
If a reservation lacks a guest email, messages are sent through the Expedia Communication Center. Access these messages by logging into your Expedia Partner Central account.
To receive messages in your Guesty Inbox, ensure your Rentals United integration email is set as the recipient of guest communication notifications in the Expedia platform.
Taxes
Tax values in Expedia should match those set in Guesty.
