Connecting your Homelike account and listings to Guesty

Homelike is a leading online platform that connects hosts with mid to long term tenants through user-friendly, tech-enabled tools. Hosts can list fully furnished properties for 28 days or longer. Integrating Homelike with Guesty centralizes listing, booking, and communication management, streamlining long-term rental operations from the Guesty dashboard.

Before you begin

  • Ensure each listing has at least 5 pictures.
  • The internet must be available (it can be a paid service).
  • A kitchen/kitchenette is highly recommended. 
  • Set up a cancellation policy in Homelike. 

Connect your account and listings

  1. Register for a Homelike account here.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  4. Click Distribution.
  5. Locate the Homelike thumbnail, and click Connect
  6. Click Start connecting to Homelike, then click Continue to connect listings.
  7. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
  8. Choose the listings to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If choosing specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

    Note:

    Only multi-units and single-units can be linked to Homelike. Unlisted or inactive listings won't be published. Learn how to activate and list your listings.

  9. Click Done. A pop-up will confirm that your listings are pending connection with Homelike.
  10. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connect additional listings.

 To connect new listings after integrating Homelike with Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your Homelike integration page and follow steps 7-10 above.

Disconnect a listing

Follow the instructions in this article to disconnect a listing from Homelike.

Update a listing after initiating the connection process

Changes to listings sync only when the listing's status is “Live on channel”. For more information on connection statuses, see here.

Updates to listings can take up to 24 hours to reflect on Homelike.
