GuestVerify performs a guest verification to build trust and ensure safe stays. After activating GuestVerify, you are billed per screening for the properties you included in the plan.
If you selected to apply the plan to all properties, newly added properties will be automatically added to the plan. If you applied the plan to specific properties, you can add or remove properties at any time. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Guesty add-ons.
- Click the GuestVerify tile to open the plan page.
- In the left-side menu, click Your plan.
- To the right of the plan details, click
and select Edit drop the dropdown menu.
- You can update your verification settings, or click through to the property selection section. The start date of the plan cannot be updated.
- To add or remove properties, select Specific properties. Search or use the filters to include or exclude listings.
- Click Done.
- Click Next.
- Click Apply changes.
Once applied, changes will affect all reservations in the relevant properties with a future check-in date.
