GuestVerify performs a guest verification to build trust and ensure safe stays. GuestVerify uses information collected through a dedicated flow in the Guest App before the check-in form and verifies the main guest in the reservation.
Follow the steps to activate GuestVerify.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Guesty add-ons. - In the GuestVerify thumbnail, click Learn more.
- Select between the All-inclusive verification and the Verification essentials. All-inclusive verification is currently available only in the USA.
- At the top-right corner, click Next.
- Choose if you want to automatically decline guests under a certain age (optional).
- Set a date to begin verification. Verification will apply to all reservations with a check-in date starting on the selected date.
- Select between Strict and Lenient verification for your guests.
- Select which properties to apply GuestVerify to. When selecting Specific properties, you can mark the desired properties from the list or use filters to include or exclude properties.
- Review your plan details, then click Activate GuestVerify in the top-right corner.
- If you already created a guest app, click Done in the pop-up. If you haven't created a guest app, you'll be prompted to generate it at this time.
Important:
Using the guest app is crucial to screening guests with GuestVerify, as the information for the screening is extracted from the guest app identity verification process when creating the check-in form.

To see all reservations covered under GuestVerify, you can navigate to the reservations page from your Guesty dashboard.
