Pilot: Create an owner charge for an owner reservation

In conjunction with the new owner reservation capability, you can configure all applicable fees and taxes for reservations made by a property owner or by a property owner's guests.

Add owner charge to existing business model

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Accounting mode.
3. Click Business models.
4. Click the relevant business model to open and edit the details.
5. Scroll down to "Trust account income".
6. To the right, click Add recurring owner charge.
7. Enter the relevant details.
8. Under "Conditions", select owner or owner-guest.
9. In the top-right corner, click Save and update to apply the changes to the business model and create a new version of it.
