Pilot: Creating additional users with access to the Owners Portal

Important:

This is currently available for Pilot users only.

Add additional contacts, such as accountants or assistants, and provide each contact with portal access. This ensures secure data management and eliminates the risk of shared credentials.

Follow the instructions to manage additional contacts.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Owners.
  4. Select the relevant owner.
  5. In the left sidebar, click Additional contacts.
  6. Click + Add contact.
  7. Enter the relevant information.
  8. Switch the toggle on to activate the Owners Portal and send an email invitation to the added contact. This can also be done at a later stage.
  9. Click Save.

Additional actions can be handled from the "Additional contacts" page:

Use the filter to search contacts by name, email or role, or according to their portal access setting.

Switch the Access to portal toggle on or off to give or remove access, and confirm the action in the pop-up.

To send an invite to the portal again, click Send invite. Alternatively, click to copy the invite and paste it into your preferred method of communication.

To edit or delete a contact, click next to relevant contact. Select the relevant option from the dropdown menu, and confirm the action in the pop-up.
