The check-in window helps you optimize your listing’s occupancy by controlling the amount of time allowed between reservations. By setting a defined check-in window, you can minimize gaps between reservations, ensuring your listing maximizes occupancy and revenue.
Once set up, Guesty automatically updates your calendar to reflect the check-in window, blocking all other dates from check-in while still allowing check-outs. This automation reduces manual work and helps maintain consistency in your booking rules. You also have the flexibility to manually override the settings if needed, giving you full control over your reservations
If you have multiple future reservations, the system will handle each one individually, updating check-in availability based on the gap rules until it encounters a reservation block. This ensures that your calendar remains fully optimized for occupancy.
