Where should I manage my Marriott (HVMB) listings, reservations, and guest communication?

Manage cancellation policies

HVMB has a strict 90-day cancellation policy for exceptional cases only.

All taxes sync automatically except for those classified as “Other”. Reclassify these to sync them.

Only multi-units and single-units are supported. 

Manage connected listings

Changes to listings sync automatically to the channel only when the listing status is “Live on Channel". 

Reinitiate the connection process if the status is  “Failed”.

Manage guest communication

Messages don’t sync to the HVMB inbox but appear in Guesty if a proxy email is configured. Only reservation comments that the channel adds to the comments field sync. Check messages directly in the channel.
