If you are using a channel manager for your Feratel integration, you can switch to a Guesty direct integration instead. Follow the instructions below.
- Make sure your listings in Feratel have the same capacity as Guesty’s.
- Contact your account manager at Feratel and ask for enabling YieldPlanet channel manager as your data provider to Feratel. Alternatively, you can contact the Feratel Support team at servicecenter@feratel.com or support@feratel.ch to reach the market manager in charge.
Note:
Cancellations of reservations made before the switch to Guesty will not sync and need to be managed manually.
