You can publish your Guesty listings to HouseStay and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to HouseStay, you can publish listings at any time and all content will be synced across the platforms.
HouseStay supports only "entire home" property types with a minimum stay of 30 nights. Only properties in North America are supported and the currency must be USD.

Follow the instructions below to connect your Guesty listings to HouseStay.
Connect your account and listings
Step by step:
- Create your HouseStay account here.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the HouseStay thumbnail.
- Click Start connecting to HouseStay.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, and then click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time.
- Select the listings you want the cancellation policy to apply to. By default, "All my current listings" will be selected. To choose specific listings:
- Fill in the bubble next to "Specific listings" and click Select listings to connect.
- Select your listings from the side menu and click Done.
Note:
Only multi-units and single units can be linked to HouseStay. Unlisted or inactive listings won't be published to HouseStay.
- Click Done to continue. A pop-up will notify you that your listings are pending connection with HouseStay.
- Click Continue to dashboard.

Update a connected property
Updates made to properties after the connection process was initiated can only be synced to the channel if the listing’s status is “Live on channel”. Updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.
