Previously, Guesty automates transferring funds from the owner ledger to the working capital ledger using the disbursement system. The new transfer feature provides more flexibility in the collection and use of working capital funds, as owners won’t have to wait for a disbursement in order to move funds between the owner and owner's working capital ledger.
Follow the steps here to add a transaction through Accounting reports, a reservation, or the posting journal. Select Working Capital as the transaction type.
