Guesty's AI Assistant leverages OpenAPI technology to help you write unique, engaging content and SEO metadata faster than ever. What is unique about our AI Assistant is that it is built to help you write an effective prompt without needing to have in-depth knowledge about formatting prompts for AI, like you do for ChatGPT. The Business Profile asks questions to gather information about your business up front, then when generating content, the AI Assistant asks questions and submits it in the correct format to ensure unique, relevant content is generated.
While the AI Assistant does all the hard work for you, there are still a few tips we recommend when filling out the Business Profile and writing prompts to ensure your content is relevant.
Tips:
- In the Business Profile, provide as much context about the business as you can. Be specific about the industry, types of services or products provided and their value, who the target audience is, and other attributes that make the business unique. Following is an example:
- FitHub Oasis is a premier fitness center located in the heart of New York, dedicated to transforming lives through holistic well-being. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a range of services, including personalized fitness training, group classes, nutrition counseling, and wellness programs. Catering to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts.
- When writing your prompt, be specific about what information you want included in the output.
- Test multiple prompts and tones to learn what generates the type of content you are looking for.
- Avoid abbreviations or slang terms.
Creating a Better Business Profile
Our AI Assistant uses information in your Business Profile along with your prompt to generate relevant and unique content. You will be prompted to complete your Business Profile before you can use any of the Write with AI actions in the text editor or generate SEO tags. You only have to fill out the business profile once.
To fill out your Business Profile:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Guesty Websites thumbnail.
- To the right of the relevant website, click Edit.
- Click any text widget to open the text editor.
- Click the AI Assistant dropdown and select any Write with AI action (New Title, Title for This Text, or Paragraph).
- The Business Profile will open. Complete the following fields:

Business name. This will be auto-filled if you already entered it in the Business Info section of the site. Changing the business name in the AI Content Assistant will disconnect it from Business Info.

What does your business do? In this field we recommend you state in 1-2 sentences what services or products your business offers and who the target audience is. See the following examples for what to write.

Good: Pet supply store for dogs.

Better: Sell organic pet food, supplements and treats, grooming supplies, toys, and clothing for dogs.

Provide additional business details. In this field, we recommend you provide additional details about your business that you didn’t have room to include in the What does your business do field, such as being more specific about the services or products your business offers and customer attributes. Using adjectives is a great way to accomplish this. See the following examples:

Good: Sell supplies and specialize in pet wellness and education for owners.

Better: Specialize in holistic, natural wellness for dogs. Provide pet parents with education on how to keep their dog healthy and well cared for using organic, natural products.

Tone. Select from one of the following tones:

Once completed, the Business Profile can always be edited if you feel you are not getting the exact type of content you want. To edit the Business Profile, select any AI Content Assistant action and click the Store icon 
in the pop up.

The following Business Profile is an example of a well-written profile where the maximum amount of details about the business are provided. Following the Business Profile are example titles and paragraphs generated for a humorous tone.
You will notice that the content generated for the more detailed prompts were more specific and relevant to the business while the content for the less detailed prompts were much more generic.
