You can easily create a filtered views of your tasks so that you can monitor their status more closely.
Follow the steps below:
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Operations mode.
- Click Field operations, then select Tasks.
- Select the relevant task.
- At the top left corner of your screen, click the existing filters to edit them, or use the plus button to add new filters.
- At the top left corner of your screen, click Save as to save your new view.
- Click Save. Your new view in now displayed.
- You can see all your saved views and navigate between them, by clicking the arrow at the top left corner or your screen.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account
- Click Tasks.

- Scroll down to the bottom of the task window to view the log.
- At the top left corner of your screen, click the existing filters to edit them, or use the plus button to add new filters.
- At the top left corner of your screen, click Save as to save your new view.
- Click Save. Your new view in now displayed.
- You can see all your saved views and navigate between them, by clicking the arrow at the top left corner or your screen.
Tip:
You can add your views to the "Favorites" list by selecting them from the "All" list and marking the star icon.
Viewing uncompleted past tasks
To view tasks which are both incomplete and in the past, follow the steps below:
- Click the + button, search and select Status. Then click Is not, and in the dropdown, select Completed.
- Click Save.
- Click the + button, search and select Scheduled for. In the dropdown, select Is in the past.
- Click Save.
