Troubleshooting: existing message automations were not triggered for a new listing

When creating a new listing, you may find that your existing messaging automations are not triggered as you configured for other listings. This occurs because your automation conditions are not set to include "All" properties. Therefore, the messaging automations are not automatically applied to your new listing.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Automations.
  4. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the relevant message automation, then select Edit.
  5. On the left side, under "Select workflow conditions", check if "Properties" is set to "All".
  6. If it is set to "Specific", type your listing's name in the free text field, and select it from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click Done.
