Sending confirmation messages for reservations made via the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users)

Confirmation messages are not automatically sent to guests when they make a reservation via the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users).

However, you can create an Automated Message as an email notification that will be sent to a guest whenever their reservation is in a confirmed or reserved status (this won't apply to reservations with an inquiry status, or for requests to book).
