Sending confirmation messages for reservations made via the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users)

Confirmation messages are not automatically sent to guests when they make a reservation via the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users).

However, you can create an Automated Message as an email notification that will be sent to a guest whenever their reservation is in a confirmed or reserved status (this won't apply to reservations with an inquiry status, or for request to book).

Follow the instructions to create an automated message which will be sent to your guest upon booking confirmation.
