Clearing is a trust accounting and automated bookkeeping software, tailored for Short-Term Rental property managers.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click .
3. From the dropdown, select Guesty Marketplace.
4. Search for Clearing, then click Connect.
5. At the top right, click Connect.
6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration API.
7. Click OK.

Connect Clearing with Guesty

If you already have a Clearing.co account:

Step by step:

1. Login to your Clearing account and click Settings > Integrations > select Guesty from the integrated partners list
2. Paste the API token copied before into the "Token" field > click Connect.

If you don't have a Clearing.co account:

Step by step:

1. Sign up for Clearing
2. In "Connect your PMS", select Guesty.
3. Paste the API token copied before into the "Token" field > click Connect. Then, Your listings will automatically be imported to Clearing.
4. Configure your listings settings (for example, set up grouping).
