Clearing

Clearing is a trust accounting and automated bookkeeping software, tailored for short-term rental property managers.

Follow the steps to connect Clearing to your Guesty account.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click and select Marketplace.

3. Search for "Clearing", then click Connect.
4. In the pop-up, copy the API key.
5. Click OK.

Connect Clearing with Guesty

If you already have a Clearing.co account

Step by step:

1. Log in to your Clearing account and click Settings > Integrations, then select Guesty from the integrated partners list.
2. Paste the API key copied before into the "Token" field and click Connect.

If you don't have a Clearing.co account

Step by step:

1. Sign up for Clearing
2. In "Connect your PMS", select Guesty.
3. Paste the API key copied before into the "Token" field and click Connect. Your listings will automatically be imported to Clearing.
4. Configure your listing settings (for example, set up grouping).
