Can I record a refund which was processed outside of Guesty for a charge processed through Guesty?

You can charge a payment through Guesty using Auto payments, authorization hold or you can collect a payment manually. In some cases, you may want to refund your guest by means outside of the Guesty system, such as cash. If you wish to record this refund on a reservation processed through Guesty, please reach out to our CX team with the details of your request.
