Guest communication

Cancel/alter reservations

Cancel a reservation via Amplify by StaySense by filling in this form. Once the reservation is canceled, the update will sync to Guesty if the listing is "Live on channel".

Reservations can't be edited via Guesty or via the channel.

Manage guest communication

In Guesty

Messages initiated by guests via the channel's messaging tools won't be synced into the Guesty Inbox. You can only send messages to your Amplify by StaySense guests (including automated message) and receive messages from your guests via their private email addresses.
