Effortlessly unlock any supported door with just a click in Guesty Locks Manager. The "Unlock door" button can be reached by accessing the guest code in a reservation or on the lock page.
Important:
Only account admins can use the remote unlock feature.
Follow the steps below to remotely unlock and re-lock a door.
From within a reservation
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations,
Multi-calendar, or
Inbox to access the relevant reservation associated with the lock.
- In the Multi-Calendar or Inbox, click
in the right sidebar. - Under "Locks", locate the relevant lock and click Unlock door. Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
- To lock the door again, click Lock door.

From the lock page
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Operations to open the dropdown menu. - Under Field ops, select Guesty Locks Manager.
- In the “Locks” page top bar, click Linked.
- Click on the relevant lock.
- At the top right, click Unlock door. Allow several seconds for the process to complete.
- When ready to lock the door again, click Lock door.
