Is the pricing shown in GuestyPriceOptimizer what the guest sees?

The nightly rates in Guesty PriceOptimizer are synced online with the Guesty multi-calendar and any connected booking channels. The rates are updated automatically every 24 hours. If you make changes to your pricing or minimum night restrictions in PriceOptimizer, the updates will be pushed to your multi-calendar and booking channels immediately.

If you have any markups or promotions set up in Guesty or directly on a channel, then the guest will see a different price as markups and promotions are calculated on top of the nightly rates generated from PriceOptimizer.

Relevant additional fees will also be applied separately.
