Searching for a Communication workflow/ Message automation

Guesty's communication workflows/message automation help guarantee you always send the right message at the right time.

You can search for an existing workflow using a dedicated search bar or use filters to narrow down the search.

Follow the steps below:

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Automations, and select Messages.
  4. In the Automation/Communication Workflows page, you can find the dedicated search bar and a set of filters that can help you pinpoint your search.
    • In the search bar, you can write the title (or a part of the title) and the relevant workflow will appear in the list.
    • A set of filters is also available for use. You can filter them by "Trigger", "Properties", "City", "Tags", "Channels", "Advance Notice", "Length of stay" and "Status". Once a set of filters is used, the relevant workflow appears in the result.
