Advanced Analytics dashboard is not showing any data

If you open your Advanced Analytics dashboard but no data is showing and the tables and graphs are all empty (showing 0 or 0%), follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

1. In the left menu, hover over the name of the empty dashboard and click the three dots that appear to the right.
2. Click Restore dashboard.

3. In the pop-up, click the green check mark.

4. If that does not fix the problem, clear cache and cookies on your browser:
   • For Safari: clear cookies in Safari on Mac.
   • For Google Chrome: clear cache & cookies (computer)
   • For Firefox: how to clear the Firefox cache
5. If that does not fix the problem, find the filters in the right-menu and click the spiral icon in the top-right corner to reset the filters.
6. If that does not fix the problem, contact us.
