Advanced Analytics dashboard is not showing any data

Advanced Analytics is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Contact us to discuss activating it.

If you open your Advanced Analytics dashboard but no data is showing and the tables and graphs are all empty (showing 0 or 0%), follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. In the left menu, hover over the name of the empty dashboard and click the three dots that appear to the right.
  2. Click Restore dashboard.
  3. In the pop-up, click the green check mark.

  4. If that does not fix the problem, clear cache and cookies on your browser:
  5. spiral icon in the to reset the filters.
