Advanced Analytics is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Contact us to discuss activating it.
If you open your Advanced Analytics dashboard but no data is showing and the tables and graphs are all empty (showing 0 or 0%), follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- In the left menu, hover over the name of the empty dashboard and click the three dots that appear to the right.
- Click Restore dashboard.

In the pop-up, click the green check mark.
- If that does not fix the problem, clear cache and cookies on your browser:
- For Safari: clear cookies in Safari on Mac.
- For Google Chrome: clear cache & cookies (computer)
- For Firefox: how to clear the Firefox cache
- If that does not fix the problem, find the filters in the right-menu and click the spiral icon in the top-right corner to reset the filters.
- If that does not fix the problem, contact us.
