Removing attachments from a completed check-in form

After you create a check-in form template and send it to guests, they fill it out with information about their stay, and they can add (up to 2) attachments to it before sending it back to you.

You can delete those attachments if the guest asks you to, for example. If you are already in the inbox, you can delete them right there. Otherwise, it is very easy to do from the reservation page. Follow the instructions below based on your current needs.

Inbox

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click .
  3. In the left side-bar, select Guests inbox.
  4. If you are already in the relevant guest's conversation thread, proceed to step 5. If not, you can paste the guest name/reservation number into the inbox search bar and click the relevant thread in the results to open it.
  5.  In the right side-bar, click  and scroll down to the "Travel information" section.
  6. Hover over the attachment(s) you want to remove and click the trash can icon that appears.

Reservation page

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. If you are already on the relevant reservation page, proceed to step 3. If not, you can paste the guest name/reservation number into the top navigation search bar and click the relevant reservation in the results to open the page.
  3. Find the "Travel information" section.
  4. Hover over the attachment(s) you want to remove and click the trash can icon that appears.
